As part of their commitment to abolition and justice The Well™ puts healing at the center of justice by creating opportunities for individuals, communities, collectives, and movements to integrate healing practices to help replenish, restore, and be sustainable.  I hope to create a portal through which we can access our joy.

RENEWAL: READY TO RECEIVE THE BLESSINGS is 90 minute experience anchored by a 60 minute Somatic Activated Healing™

Just at the edge of release, of an ending is the opportunity for renewal. Frequently we assume that a new beginning is automatically granted once we have stopped an interaction, a project, or a relationship, but we must choose the new route. Letting go of the familiar to dive head first into the blessed, unfettered Unknown, our renewal only arrives if we are able to let go of our old narrative and its emotional concoctions. This 2 part Somatic Activated Healing™ experience will provide a safe and joyful space to move, shout, breathe and dance our fully into the Clearing, the Cypher. SAH Method ™️ is a healing modality that integrates Breathwork, meditation, affirmations, special movement, and dancing. The sessions help people release unexpressed emotions that are causing them psychological, physical (and often social) harm.
