What is SAH Method™?

It all started when…

a brilliant, sassy and suffering fashion industry diva named Sah DiSimone asked Spirit to help him stay alive.

Deeply depressed with the seemingly wonderful life he had built for themselves, Sah set out on a spiritual quest to be of service, in service of his own survival. He traveled to India and Nepal, visiting ashrams, living in the street, practicing as a devout Buddhist. At some point he began to practice a combination of breathwork, meditation, dance and special movements to help ease his withdrawals and anxiety. See, an ashram is a rough place for an addict to be. In healing himself, he began to evolve a practice over the next 10 years that he could share with others on a spiritual path but with a medically-supported past.

He would find himself in the homes of celebrities delivering this medicine one day, and then in homeless shelters for gay youth the next day. After some prodding by his followers, he developed and delivered a training in his method in 2022. I am among the first 100 trained in this work.

But what does it do?
After an intense experience, the nervous system can get stuck in survival mode, attempting to get the sudden rush of self-produced response chemicals processed or deactivated. A person’s emotions experienced during a traumatic event can stay locked inside the body, leaving a toxic residue. If not released in a timely manner, the stagnated energy of these emotions can turn into psychological disorders or physical problems. You’re no longer in danger, but your body still holds the energy built up from the experience, and it lingers in your body, preventing you from completely recovering from the experience. We move it out by shaking, breathing, dancing and meditating.
